  2. Other Items: For all other items, you may request an exchange or refund as long as the items are in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • A 75% down payment is required to begin any custom order.
    • The remaining 25% balance is due right before shipment of the custom item.

  1. Digital Design Revisions:
     
    • Custom items that require a digital design will include two revisions at no additional charge.

    • Once you approve the final design, and production begins (i.e., printing), no refunds will be issued.
